The Practice regularly undertakes housing developments for a number of repeat clients.  This development at Williamstown Road is a 2 phase development including 106 houses, 28 Duplex apartments and 36 apartments.  The location on Williamstown Road enjoying the benefit of close proximity to Waterford City provides a wide mix of house types with a focus on family homes and a mix of apartments, duplexes, terraced and semi detached houses.
