This project reconfigures and extends a semi-detached dwelling to form a new reconfigured open-plan layout that maximizes aspect and forms a new connection to the rear garden, where a new external raised terrace space is created to enjoy the morning sun.

Externally a rich palette of brick, plaster and standing seam zinc creates a contrast between the fabric of existing dwelling.
