This project involves a new build family home located on a narrow site at Dunmore East.

The internal plan is configured around a west facing central courtyard which negotiates the constraints of the site while maximizing aspect, visually linking all internal living spaces.

The design is derived from the Irish Vernacular, with a palette of natural stone, cedar and painted plaster embedding the dwelling into its rural context.
