The Practice regularly undertakes housing developments for a number of repeat clients.  This development at Newtown in Tramore is a phased development including 67 houses.  The location close to the Cliff Road overlooking the sea dictated the wide mix of house types with a focus on larger detached type houses enjoying the benefit of sea views and a mix of semi detached and terraced houses deeper in the scheme; where the existing woodlands were extended to benefit the amenity of the overall development.
