This project involves the extension and alteration of an existing City Centre Hotel in Waterford.  The Client’s brief was to enhance the existing Hotel to achieve a 4 star status. Works comprised an internal reconfiguration, a new riverside bar/restaurant overlooking the River Suir, a new bedroom wing also commanding views along the river and a new rooftop penthouse extension containing hotel suites with panoramic views of the city. Work was completed on a phased basis over a period of 2 years.
